The National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) is enhancing international research collaboration by strengthening its strategic cooperation with Russia, particularly in nuclear technology and sustainable development. The partnership with Russian atomic energy company ROSATOM is central to this initiative, with plans to expand collaboration into fields like space research and food security. BRIN Chair Prof. Arif Satria emphasized the importance of these partnerships in addressing global challenges and fostering knowledge exchange through cooperation with institutions like St. Petersburg State University. The aim is to bolster research capacity and enhance Indonesia–Russia ties.
