KN. Service members from Indonesia, the United States, and 13 partner countries will participate in exercise Super Garuda Shield from August 31 to September 11 at multiple training locations including Bandung, Baturaja, and Lampung. The exercise, which involves approximately 5,000 combined military personnel, demonstrates the shared purpose of participating nations to enhance interoperability and readiness to address regional challenges.
Training includes expert exchanges and professional development workshops, a command-and-control exercise, maritime training operations involving naval and coast guard components, and a combined and joint field training exercise.
