Stramed, Finally, the government and the House of Representative had accepted and accorded the law of Corruption Eradicating Commission or KPK revise eventhough those political products had massively been rejected protest around Indonesia.
The KPK’s law revise did not hear and involve all of KPK’s commissioners because of that all of them had been resigned from their position at KPK. This is the first law and political blunder which had made by Jokowi’s administration after he was won on the latest presidential election.
Many scholars, journalist, law practioners, pundits, academia, activist and others professional groups were criticized and rejected the law of KPK revise before it was accorded by the House of Representative and the government. In other words public aspiration and public interest did not hear and accept by them. So, this is the first steps come to “the end of war on corruption” campaign which had been promised by Jokowi since 2014.
Politically, the revise of KPK’s law had been shown the prawl efforts from corrupters community had successfully been defeated civilian organization maneuvre to crush corruption practices in Indonesia.
However and substantionally, the revise of KPK’s law also showing the failure of government and DPR to clean and to purge their institution mock and scorn from public as corrupter center of gravity. Because KPK had been detained former high rank executive officers, ex minister and legislative members who were captured as corrupter.
Its a make sense if after their new laws, public did not sure if KPK has still courage and seriously to crush and to eradicate corruption practices in Indonesia. Because of that, its very make sense if public have their negative opinion related to Jokowi’s administration to overcome “highest level social pathology”. Maybe, public can say that all of Jokowi’s promise to tackle corruption is yapping and just only political travesty and also political prank.
